I have worked with people, leadership and organisational culture throughout my career, developing new approaches that bring together ideas, disciplines and experiences in unexpected ways.
As founding director of The Wow Factor, I created programmes in values-centred leadership and human development, working with organisations in the UK and internationally — including the Fire and Rescue Service across eight counties, London Fire Brigade and South West Trains. Today, I bring that experience into AI, building an interconnected ecosystem of places, communities and creative projects.
